Would you survive SN if it moves through your system too slowly?

If you had gastroparesis or something similar, could it move through your body so slow that you survive it? I don't know what exactly my situation is, but I heard this would be the case and I'm concerned about it.

You will pass out slower than others and have a higher possibility of vomiting out more than you should, but the backup cups are useful for that. You could be equally successful, but you will possibly have a harder time.

My understanding is antacids and antiemetics are recommended to make absorption quicker.
Antacids are recommended, because stomach acid can convert SN into other things (one of them can burn your stomach and cause a lot of pain), thus less of it will be in your intestines. Metoclopramide is preferred for quicker absorption and anti-vomiting effects.

I had some side effects on 5mg meto, so I wanna do the stat dose so it's not in my system for so long. But if stuff moves through me slowly, it might be more beneficial to do the 48 hour reigmen...

Ohh, I'm sorry to hear that... 5mg of meto is half a pill... You might want to reconsider and choose another method because you seem to have many problems with the SN method...

I have problems with everything, this is already like a last resort method.

I had a weird feeling in my arm and leg from 5mg meto for about a week. I'm not sure how bad of a sign that is.

Damn, i tried 20g of meto while having drunk a full bottle of wine (really dumb idea i know), and nothing bad happened.

I tend to have shit luck...

Does anyone think I'm more susceptible to getting more serious side effects on 30mg if I had some light ones on 5mg? It was just a weird feeling in my arm and leg that I can't really describe, but it wasn't hard to move or painful.

I don't think it's like food, where nutrients are slowly absorbed as it passes through you. I think as soon as it hits your stomach it gets in there and starts it's job. People lose consciousness within minutes usually.
I don't know how exactly it would affect you, just saying what I've noticed on this forum as others drank it.

Alright, really hoping I can last at least an hour with 30mg of meto in me...

If you have gastroparesis or you are a slow metaboliser in regards to medication then I would prepare to suffer if you ingest SN. That’s the reality. I have lots of experience working with people with gastrointestinal conditions.

Why would that cause suffering?

Please let us know why?

Because it wouldn’t metabolise the same. It would be much slower and it would cause a lot of stomach issues. I would imagine there would be a lot of pain. Even if you took meto, it does not work for everyone with gastroparesis. Antacids will not do much either, I don’t know why they suggest that, maybe to make people feel safer. They will do nothing. Basically, you’re taking enough to pass out ASAP. Everyone’s metabolism is different and that’s why people react so differently to SN. It’s definitely not a sure thing to bring an easy death. It’s very dependent upon the person. You could suffer with stomach pain and hypoxia whilst conscious very easily.

I'll deal with the pain, but would it be less effective?

It honestly could be less effective. You might think you could deal with the pain but I guarantee you wouldn’t. Stomach pain is one of the top complaints at A&E departments. People don’t realise how bad it can get and it can get bad.

Jeez, I can't take this anymore. I'm gonna have an anxiety attack. Why must I have the worst luck in the world?

I’m really sorry, but I had to say something. I don’t want you to suffer and I believe you would if you tried that method.

Well, I wasn't twitching.

I have a lack of appetite and a noisy stomach, could be anything I guess. My main concern is that my metabolism seems to be fucked up.

Since you were able to get meto can you ask for Domperidone instead? It doesn't have the same side effects but is still an applicable antiemetic.

SN is also my only option and I am going for it.

I don't think so. And besides that, I'm distressed over being told that my stomach issues could interfere.
