It sounds like any benzo is safe to use with this method? I have some Lorazepam/Ativan, so taking a small dose should be fine? Possibly could help prevent any potential seizures.

been reading about the SN method - just wondering if we can use omeprazole instead of cimetidine?

^ ^ It has been mentioned before and the answer is absolutely not. If you are currently taking it, you should avoid omeprazole for a week before you want to use this method. The only suitable replacement for cimetidine is ranitidine, and you need to take 4x 75mg tablets.

Thanks @jake3d

Anyone in the U.S. that ordered from Loudwolf, how long did shipping take, do you have to sign for it, and what is packaging like on delivery? I remember someone commented saying there were labels with "hazardous materials" on the outside (not sure where they got their SN from) but anything like that could be difficult to explain.

I’ve ordered from Loudwolf- I live in the US.
It doesn’t take long at all to get- probably a week or less.
The bottle came in a yellow envelope- didn’t say anything about hazardous material on it.

This is gonna sound stupid... but I worry the tachycardia from the SN will give me a heart attack or stroke, and I'll wake up brain damaged or something

99,0% OK?
Absolutely fine.

Mechanism of death with SN is hypoxia caused by methemoglobinia, not much to do with the heart. It shuts down your brain by removing oxygen from the blood.

Drop some benzos along with it if you're worried. If you are not currently taking any benzos or similar drugs and you're not an alcoholic, 10mg of Xanax mixed in will have you completely out by the time the SN starts working. Of course you can take more if you're able to get your hands on it...

The only disadvantage is that you might vomit while asleep but if you follow the antiemetic regimen this is unlikely to happen. From the data i've gathered here, vomiting is most likely to occur in the first few minutes after ingesting the SN (Xanax takes about 20min to act so you have time to swallow more SN if you've prepared it beforehand), and people have died after a few hours despite vomiting. This also correlates with the info i could find in medical journals. Taking benzos along with it will certainly make your passing more peaceful.

I am sorry but really confused. I am reading this topic for two days and sorry this is mess:(

In my country is not big problem buy sodium nitrite but really hard buy others.

What really happens only when SN used?

it is not a problem for me dont sleep for a few days and then I always fall asleep in a few seconds.

1.Will it wake me up?
2. OK vomiting and pH...Any free alternatives in central europe?

Thank you

I ordered SN 100g yesterday. Tomorrow I'm going to a pharmacy for drugs that are unfortunately not as strong, but they should have a similar effect. Still, I'm thinking about what will happen after taking SN. I hope it will be peaceful.

I will try not to sleep for a few days and sleep quickly and hope it will be peaceful death while sleeping.

Just for sure guys.

Why cant you use omeprazole. Does it stop absorption?

I'm not a doctor so I cannot answer this, but it was mentioned in the 8chan topic on SN that proton-pump inhibitor drugs like omeprazole must absolutely be avoided.

Would it help to take everyday painkillers like ibuprofen for headaches with SN and antiemetics? What do you people think?

Well, cimetidine is an anti-acid so you should go to your GP for it, not your shrink. Where are you located? Ranitidine is a suitable replacement and OTC in a few countries. You can get it on ebay, i bought mine on ebay from the UK.

hi :)
i was at my shrink’s for a regular appointment (and to stock up on benzo) so i thought i could try getting her to give me some. she didn’t have it.. only omeprazole which i declined politely. im located in a very strict country in the pacific/oceania region and will try a GP next. thank you.

So, I've been wondering... What if instead of drinking SN, I just injected 20g of it dissolved in water directly in my bloodstream? That would prevent vomiting, make metoclopramide and cimetidine unnecessary, and also would probably make it work faster. Plus, I'm pale and I can easily find a large vein on my arm and I'm not afraid of needles, so why not? Has anyone else thought about this? Do any of you know if it would work? Thanks in advance!

Never heard of anyone doing it this way. It seems like a good idea but I'd really do some research to make sure it'll work.

I wonder why people don't even mention it. Sounds very simple and faster than doing it the usual way.

Does anyone know if SN will react with the following meds - Propranolol, Lithium, Seroquel, Divalproex. Thank you

Haven't read anything about any interactions with meds. I take Seroquel as well and definitely didn't find any reactions between those two.
