Probably not existing. I wouldn’t want to start again from the beginning, its just too long of a time. If I could time travel a few years back and do things differently, I would do that.

Majority rules on this one.
stop existing completely, I’ve done far too much regrettable things in this life to trust that I wouldn’t in another.

To not exist at all. To never have existed.
My desire to ctb all come from neurodevelopmental problems which create huge life-fucking difficulties getting anything done or enjoying life, massive stress and have caused severe depression and anxiety.
Getting to live life over again would make very little difference because however insight I have into my situation & difficulties I can’t change them.
If I could I would chose either not to be conceived at all or to be conceived & born with excellent working memory, executive functions and fast processing speed.

So to not exist and only to exist if I can be a better, upgraded version of me.

I would choose to not exist. Even if I did it over again, I would just repeat the same mistakes, hurt the same people, and hate myself all over again. But I can't hurt anyone if I was never born at all, right? Net positive, profit!

I'd say that depends. If I've retained all the knowledge from my past life, then I'd say a restart. I can't say for sure whether things would turn out better or worse, but I am morbidly curious. At the very least, I'd be able to call CPS on my father and get him arrested. In this timeline, he's basically gotten away with every horrible thing he's done.

If I don't remember anything, well... I'd probably just choose to stop existing. I can't really see myself doing much better than this without any supernatural foresight.

If I had the ability to start over with the knowledge of what was coming, and make changes, I would like to start over.
It is one of my biggest wishes.
If I had to start over and experience the shitfest that has been my life, over again, I would prefer to stop existing.

I would only start over if I was guaranteed better mental and physical health. I missed out on so much that life has to offer and that haunts me every day.

If I could grow up in a home without being abused, and without cigarette smoke so thick you couldn't see your hand in front of your face at all times, maybe start over.

Imagine someone chain smoking from the day you were born in a small house where the windows were never opened, and being trapped in there breathing heavy smoke every minute you were in the house until you were 18. I developed chronic bronchitis at age 14. It was child abuse to live there and for that and other reasons I cried in my bed every night that I lived.

Probably stop existing, since the root cause of my problems is genetical and everything would repeat again.

I would love a chance to start over and be a better version of myself. It took me far too long to identify and work through my toxic behaviors. Maybe I wouldn’t keep all my memories, I wouldn’t even want that, but my subconscious hopefully would retain some of what I’ve learned and perhaps the outcome would be a better life.

I doubt another life would be any better, so I'd definitely choose to not exist.
