It depends. I think I went like years without crying before, no tears or anything. Then sometimes, specifically this year, I get in these moods where days pass and i'm in constant tears. Like I wake up and I just cry, then that's my day. During those times I love being in the shower and just crying for not sure how long, sometimes an hour. Maybe it's related to my recent drug use and before I was completely sober.

A lot. Prolongued crying spells that last up to several hours and continue intermittently for days, end up in panic attacks and an intense feeling of fear of my own self. I guess it’s inevitable: at some point I will have a psychosis and be put in the psychiatric ward. I am so very afraid of what the future holds for me.

I feel like I'm at a point where I've cried so much that I just can't anymore. I usually have to force myself to cry for certain social situations.

Lately, however, there's been a lot of loss and turmoil in my life so I've definitely been crying a lot more.

I find myself starting with tears while at odd times lately. Driving down the road or whenever I give myself too much time to think. That's why I keep my mind occupied.
My mind hasn't been occupied (with anything other than ctb) since May. If I have some kind of therapy and have to dig up memories or I listen to the wrong music (James Taylor and Cat Stevens do it to me), I can bawl within two notes haha.

We're all at different levels and have different triggers for sure. We all wallow in the pain a bit sometimes, it makes you feel something. Sometimes that pain is all you can feel because you're numb to the rest.

Wallow. What a great word. That's definitely what I do. I've been nice and numb for weeks, months. One question, "what happened?" and I fall apart. Funny!! So I'm taking advantage and have all of my sad songs on loop and I'm going to write until I'm numb again. I will do anything not to feel. I loathe emotions. I loathe my emotions. The only way to get rid of them is to cut them off at the source: :nomouth:

Sorry, it's been a long and bad day. I'm in a weird headspace. Ignore what I'm spewing, please!!!

I don't cry anymore and never cried that much.
Last time I cried it was at the funeral of my bestfriend, three months ago.
What a painful day, my heart is broken ever since but my body refuse to cry anymore.

It was his decision but still, what a loss.

Most of the time I'm able to hold back the floodgates, especially if I'm in public. I'd probably say 7-9 times a month as a guess.

Almost every day. But it just makes me feel (and definitely look) worse, so I try to stifle it as much as I can but my mind wanders and I start thinking, and thinking leads to crying.

This week alone I’ve probably cried 10 times which is more than usual, but I also feel like I’m on the verge of crying or atleast tearing up at anytime. How bout you? Does it help you at all?
I like your name, the writing under your name, and the fact that you've posted 12,159 posts, since the first few digits of pi are 3.14159 so the '159' in the number of posts you've made appears in the first 5 decimal points of pi in that order.
Pi being relevant to circles.

I'll get my coat.
